What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having a sense of time for the other servers.

For my store 4486 to get better they need to find a better GM or send the current one to a training camp of how to create a safe and nonhostile work enviorment. Because all she currently does is scream and yell at the current employees who try there hardest.

Providing guidance when improvement is needed by me, interaction with team, team building, communication, playing favorites, creating a positive environment where people don't dread coming to work. Food being out of stock, training methods, treatment of staff.

My payroll has been messed up two different times. I worked 30 hours. My check I went to pick up today was for 21 dollars. Onmy last check I was missing hours. This is not a way to treat your employees. I work very hard for my money and count on every penny. And to have my check be missing hours.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay check has had hours missing two time in a row. The first time was 3 hours. This time it is over 20 hours

Pay a decent wage. Give holiday bonuses or holiday pay to workers beneath manager/assistant manager level.

I've worked for IHOP for over 3 years and haven't received any form of annual raise or bonus in the past 2. I work harder than most people in that place and am treated like a nobody.

PRP and IHOP don't care about the workers, only about the profits.

The lack of leadership ability and overall communication are the biggest problems. If everybody would start helping each other and talking, instead of yelling at each other or saying how, "That's not my job", then things would run 10x more efficiently at work!

Low pay for very hard working people. And again not enough compliments. When a big wig walks in they rarely acknowledge us unless it's a negative statement. Then they will sit back and watch us running when we are busy and not even help us, but comment negatively about how we are running like crazy
