A very hostile work environment. Don't feel appreciated or heard. Management bully and create a culture of fear and I dread coming to work every day. Manager is unprofessional. Retaliation and favortism is common practice. Management bullies employees and abuses power.

The district manager made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves when he noticed I was nervous.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of people are great and a pleasure to work with. A few are not team players, call out or are late, are unprofessional at times.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing guidance when improvement is needed by me, interaction with team, team building, communication, playing favorites, creating a positive environment where people don't dread coming to work. Food being out of stock, training methods, treatment of staff.
