Caring about the employees. I and many other employees have noticed that we are expendable to management and other higher ups at our store, making us feel as though we are not valued and we do not enjoy working there.

Being respectful, actually paying minimum wage. I get 2.13 an hour, but I was under the impression if i worked 9 hours and made 20 bucks, an adjustment would be made to make my pay 7.25 an hour. NOPE. Does not happen.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

There is no compensation package. We are only allotted sick leave by state mandate, and have to jump through hoops just to actually use it; we get paid minimum wage, and have a significant portion of work that doesn't apply to the possibility of tipped wage, we have to sign for breaks we don't take

I didn't even know that there was a compensation package. I am only aware of my pay, which I am surprisingly satisfied with. Though, I was promised a bonus for referring two members, and never received it.

My coworkers are great working together but once our manager Miguel Salgado comes in the whole work place becomed uncomfortable , even so much as depressing. We love working here we love the relationships weve created with customers , but he just makes it insifferable

I have a small handful of coworkers that actually work together as a team to ensure that everyone gets their work done and gets their breaks. Overall though it's dysfunctional at best. I've worked here for a total of a year and a half have never had a team meeting

Some of the coworkers that I work with are very nice and easy to work with, while others are not. I am aware that everyone does things differently. but that does not need to be how others do things as well. there are also coworkers that treat me with zero respect.

It is highly encouraged to help each other when able. If one server is caught up on their tables and another is struggling the caught up server will assist the struggling one without overstepping.

being able to walk straight in and talk about having a daughter on the way at the moment with two other kids, being behind in bills, being behind it feels with life after my last job had me making something different from what they told me. being heard and told to come back gave it my trust.

Many costumers are dissatisfied with the state that the store is in, because it is dirty and falling apart, but the workers are not given the right cleaning supplies to be able to clean, and some other employees refuse to clean at all.
