They should invest more in the allocation of resources so that workloads don't fall only on a small set of individuals. They should work to stabilize products before releasing new ones. They should work to understand that most now want to work remotely. Hybrid still doesn't work for everyone.

Internal processes can be unclear and result in a lot of extra responsibilities being pushed on account services when we are already spread so thin. Removing the media planning team really overloaded our team. We are also understaffed across the company so it is hard to get client deliverables.

Salary is lower than market comps. The role is required to sell but there is no bonus or incentive tied to it.

With the current market and inflation, I believe it's fair to provide a cost of living raise and re-evaluate salaries on a yearly basis to accommodate for rising costs on essential goods (food, rent, gas etc...). Otherwise it feels like we are making less each year.
