The club didn't have any time of time management or communication between associates. When you go to work you never know where exactly you will be depending on where the manager wants you, where your team lead wants you, and how THEY feel that day. You never know who to listen too.

interview made job sound amazing and was complete Opposite. And the orientation there really wasn't one I just came in twice to try to get on the computer to get paperwork started and there was a problem every time kind of felt put off very unorganized
