being able to learn different positions in a matter of a year without any real training on those positions.

customer service is horrible, managers catch attitudes with members along with associates, there are no meeting as a group to make the store better all together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
when they finally decide to send someone to lunch after they decided and changed their mind 3 hours before and forget that you still need a lunch
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The club didn't have any time of time management or communication between associates. When you go to work you never know where exactly you will be depending on where the manager wants you, where your team lead wants you, and how THEY feel that day. You never know who to listen too.
