The people that were hired in the department I'm in have not kitchen background or and education on handling food ,
All hourly employees are wonderful hard working people. I cant remember seeing managemnt doing anything else other than talking to random me.bers all day long. And these werent conversations about helping the member. It was more so just chitchat.
There's too much drama and toxicity.
They need to start actually communicating.

If they could stay off their phones, help with members put merchandise out and answer phones. But because they could not speak English, I had to do it, 95% of the employees in the bakery are Spanish.

Everyone have the mentality of being on one accord. Everyone respecting each other in front of each other and out of site. Leaving all negativity out the door.
My team mates need to quit taking part in drama and form their own opinions about coworkers
DRAMA. EVERYONE talked about everyone, and it felt super hostile around others when I simply tried to do my job. Even supervisors were guilty of this!
customer service does not exist with most of the staff.

They need to be trained. Turnover is to high. No accountability. Attendance is out of control.
