everyone is a team and not out for themselves

Most of my team collaborates and pulls their weight.

we help each other and serve as mental therapists every single day of work. we work there, just because we got to pay the rent and bills.

They are well rounded, do not argue, and get things done the best way they can, that being we are the highest gross income in the region. Usually always positive, depends on the situation.

More back stock more teamwork

The people that were hired in the department I'm in have not kitchen background or and education on handling food ,

All hourly employees are wonderful hard working people. I cant remember seeing managemnt doing anything else other than talking to random me.bers all day long. And these werent conversations about helping the member. It was more so just chitchat.

There's too much drama and toxicity.

They need to start actually communicating.

Better attitude, better communication. And respect

Coworkers need to be just that. Stop trying to be the boss

If they could stay off their phones, help with members put merchandise out and answer phones. But because they could not speak English, I had to do it, 95% of the employees in the bakery are Spanish.

Be an actual team player

Everyone have the mentality of being on one accord. Everyone respecting each other in front of each other and out of site. Leaving all negativity out the door.

My team mates need to quit taking part in drama and form their own opinions about coworkers

DRAMA. EVERYONE talked about everyone, and it felt super hostile around others when I simply tried to do my job. Even supervisors were guilty of this!

customer service does not exist with most of the staff.

Communicating, having a sense of urgency, showing up to work on time

We need to communicate and work together.

Just treat everybody with respect.

They need to be trained. Turnover is to high. No accountability. Attendance is out of control.

Stop acting like you are in middle school or high school. I dont care about your drama. Leave me alone so i can get my work done. Im not here to make friends, im here so my kids can have insurance.
