Everything, its so rushed to the point where they fast track you through orientation and then put me in a department that i didnt apply for cause Jeremiah said i had to help them til 9pm on my day of orientation

In my experience actually let the candidate'(s) know if they're actually hiring. I was hired on the spot with no call and no email the rest of the day only to be told the position is filled when it in-fact was not.
The interview process was very disorganized. Streamline this process as well as onboarding. It's very confusing for any new hire coming in to know exactly what to do, who to talk to, who to report to, and the policies and procedures of the job.
