Decent people at the best of times

Well, my manager was in store. I text her to come to the bakery. No response. Waited about 15 minutes and called her. Her response was I'm already driving. She never asked me what the problem was. She just ignored the whole situation.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Fair with everyone and less gossiping

Quit treating workers like they are beneath you because you have been in the company longer. Making workers friends and bending the rules to stay friends.

ive had doors slammed in my face and singled out for unmerited discipline while younger employes that do break rules are rewarded

Communication from managers to employees

speaking to us correctly, giving orders correctly, training correctly, being empathetic and considerate of what people go thru.

Absolutely everything no one is on the same page and one manager is still employed despite having several hr complaints

Management instigates drama and creates a toxic work environment

They definitely need to get better at communicating

Direct engagement with associates, not just their own supervisors.
