Everything. The company is a completely disorganized shitshow of horrible managment and incompetent leads. Club manager never shows up for work, constantly leaves early, openly tells us he doesn't care how difficult our jobs are because he doesn't do them. Very very unprofessional managing.

Better management. Management needs to improve they need to be able to listen and understand their coworkers. Not just pretend they care only to turn a blind eye and pin what was causing you distress into your face to get in trouble.
