Review from Sales Dept · Posted 12 days ago

That at the end of the day I know I’ve done my best and earned my payche

Review from Sales Dept

Customer service and doing a good job inspite of Manager.

Review from Operations Dept

Diing my job snd not being yelled at all the time

The customers are very nice, and it just makes my day

Review from Customer Success Dept

being able to make bouquets and arrangements for my customers, management and coworkers drain me which is why im so sad about this job. i llve it but dont know how much longer i can stay

Seeing the members smile and leave happier than they arrived.

I personally like the cafe

Getting paid and the occasional good convo with a coworker. Helping members can feel nice sometimes. But generally, theres not much joy to be found.

I'll get my award for employment of month

Review from Sales Dept

my associates keep me wanting to come to work, I dont want to let them down

Being able to satisfy my customers at all time

communication and the great treatment

Every thing at work make me happy

To be able to make the customer happy with thier shopping expeirence

I like when people interaxt with me. It makes me feel great.

Some of my coworkers in the bakery

Working with the people I enjoy, helping customers out where I can, and getting tasks done.

Being treated like an equal

My leader that I work under

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Always short staffed and no help from management until a member threaten complaints

More team work keep overtime if more tasks are required let workers keep their hard working pay

Everything I've mentioned before and continue to mention. Respect and communication.

Different management that is fair and all rules apply to everyone

Review from Sales Dept

It seems that if you're in a clique, you can get away with everything if you're not a part of that group you just suffer

teamwork, communication once again there needs to be a set role between everyone and managers once again.

Fix your management. Stop covering for their ill-doings. They break their workers down mentally and hold them in a death grip for their jobs. Across different locations and positions I've seen the same thing. Nepotism, abuse, and mismanagement.

Managers that use the position of titlement eith its power to workplace bully, single out, belittle, degrad, and intimidate their staff is not good for business.

Review from Marketing Dept

It needs organization and order.

Management needs to learn to work with employees and treat them well

Equipment and tools need to be improved and more accesible. There were many times where a forklift was tagged out for weeks or our scanners were scarce and hardly working.

Each store needs security or loss prevention. It is ridiculous to be robbed and get no help until it's too late. And traumatizing!

Review from Sales Dept

Hire enough help. Train the ones they hire

Management needs a big reform and we need a true HR for employees re instated or for new management to be taught correct ethics

Fire most of the charter associates. Fire some of the team leads.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Managers need to step up and help

I am not sure how it can be improved if I'm being honest. But, managers could possibly go through some kind of training to better themselves and make better connections with their employees for a start possibly.

There is a lot if disorganization

Team leads and management treat employees like garbage

MORE WORKERS LESS MEMBERS !

What do you like best about your company?

I like doing my work, but we do so much for less pay. we get the store ready for our members, we get constantly yelling from our store manager
