So for some reason the cashiers who do the most work and the people at customer service who deal with all these entitled customers get paid the least. But the people that just stand at the door to scan someone out gets paid more

Help for injuries caused without being treated as a leech trying to get free money when I needed the paid leave for medical related items like arm braces to deal with severe pain until I could return would've helped. Instead, I was not notified I had a time limit to do so, & my claim was denied.

comparable jobs with this amount of work in these conditions pay upwards of $25-$30 an hour, this still pays base pay... People have been there 20+ years and still making base pay. no raises.

Everything. The company is a completely disorganized shitshow of horrible managment and incompetent leads. Club manager never shows up for work, constantly leaves early, openly tells us he doesn't care how difficult our jobs are because he doesn't do them. Very very unprofessional managing.

I loved everything about it. So much so that I tried to limit my breaks. It was fast paced, & I loved organizing. I could help people find what they needed & it would make them very happy. It was nice to just be genuinely kind and helpful, & I never once had an issue with customers. Truly sad to go.

Each store needs security or loss prevention. It is ridiculous to be robbed and get no help until it's too late. And traumatizing!

Questionable pay from other associate, apparently Other newcoming associates are getting Credit for said experience coming in, Not knowing how to do the position. and others are training these associates on how to actually do the job. it's ridiculous, I'm one of those FORMER associates training them
