Company cut down all the employees' development program which cost budget since last 2 years. Personal development is priceless compensation that proper company always have to have. Considering it is in middle of nowhere(Herzogenaurach), proper understanding on employee motivation is urgently needed

Feeling the company is actually investing in me by actually paying me a decent hourly wage in which I can actually support my self and pay my bills w/out needing to seek a second job. Giving hourly employees more opportunities to advance would also be nice.

I believe I should not be at minimum wage when I have been a good employee for over 2 years and have helped on-board Team Leads as well as other employees. I have to pick up some of the slack from my Team Leads and it is unfair.

company fairplay sports culture has completely destroyed under a new CEO leadership. only focus is stock price, bonus scheme for VP and above. Company even stop listening to employees by discontinuing an employee NPS survey after steep drop of the rating to minus. Promoting violent leadership.
