Needs to ask the right questions at interviews. Hire employees who want to work, not friends. They do what they want since they know the boss. Be firm about employees being on time and do their job. Fire those who sneak out to smoke weed. Our manager allows it.Legal in NM , but not at work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we actually got tips!! And was told by manager that we domtnget tips instead of finding out throigh a thurd party. Hosts have to serve drinks to customers which is a servers job yet hosts domtnget tips, we are kver worked underpaid and under appreciated. And treated like were expendable.

I honestly can't think of any especially on third shift it's every man for himself they don't go by seating charts they shark each other's tables and pick and choose what tables they want and then if it's too large of a party they just ignore them till they leave
