New hires make more and I have been there longer and have more experince.

I feel undervalued as I am still very new to the job and I haven't been trained on everything they expect from me, also it's an extremely hostile environment. I would feel better if managers / shift leads weren't allowed to deny you the number to human resources when you ask for it

Because you don't pay your staff accordingly and when they have worked and looking for their paycheck it's not there and you can't correct it or it takes you weeks to correct people's paychecks that is not good for business

Proper documentation isn't easy to obtain. Other managers and superiors talk to crew members bout others' personal issues going on. Negative things are passed around about everyone. Crew members gave me a hard time when trying to complete tasks assigned by the GM, who never helped enforce them.
