We now have to primarily manage the mismanagement of upper management, but they still get paid for us to do their jobs and babysit them. We dont get paid to do their jobs. Agent offices should be compensated to have to do the work that corporate is no longer doing and is placing on us.

Everyone know what they are doing. The system at SF is very complicated. There is always help available. I never feel like I need to shy away from selling something because I don't know how to get a quote or create/submit the policy. That's the good people we have.
