i work just as hard as & almost as much the keyholders & managers at B&BW. Ive been offered a keyholder position recently but a 50 cent raise just doesn't seem fair with the extras and responsibilty being a keyholder has.

I have a masters degree and make 11-13/ hour. Mcdonalds is hiring at 15/ hour. I could really use benefits to be offered to me prior to a year of avereged 30 hours.

Needs to hire older associates that have little maturity

Most of my coworkers are respectful, a few of the female workers are jealous or judgemental of me for some reason but that's the only concern I have.

Fire that lazy SLT. Interview all the associates and leadership team to hear the problem and doing something about it. The company is slow to fix problems or address the culture of the store when slt are calling complaining about that associates. All they care about is making the month.

the management team was rude and accusatory. As a new employee I felt discouraged to ask questions and was nervous to do anything wrong because the management teams attitude in handling something inconvenient to them; lack of empathy/understanding.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some employees should be laid off so everyone doesn't have long periods of time off work. The company has too many employees/ seasonal employees for everyone to have a living work schedule and monthly living wage. Also, the dress code should be more flexible for health and safety concerns.
