Teaching employees the correct way to do their job and leading by example. They have a hard time doing their jobs but want you to bend over backwards for them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the raise should be a little more better meaning as tho people travel far to work also for those who have worked for years

I am a very hard worker. I went from cashier to team lead within 3 months of working there. When ever they needed me to come in early or stay late I did. Not to mention I was there thru covid too when everyone was getting sick and calling off I still showed up to work everyday.

Everyone picks each other apart. There are so many rude workers and they domt do there job, because the managers dont care if they dont work if they like them. The ones they dont like get yelled ar the most

Coffee is never fresh schedules never on time. People show up 20 minutes late and it's OK. Dress code isn't followed. Managers talk about other managers. Discrimination happens. It goes on and on.
