The management team needs to get a backbone and tell corporate the procedures they've implemented (negative labor, frozen bread/ pastries and gutting half the menu) are not yielding the results they want.

I've been working here for already a little over a year and I never got a raise. I've been told I was going to get one instead of got one. They complain about me getting overtime even though they always call me in.

My 40 hour work weeks I was hired for they are now down to 44 hours Every two weeks I wasn't informed that I was being take down to part time when I was hired full-time I

I would have just liked to be fully trained and not left not knowing if what I was doing was correct. However they wanted to focus on training new management instead of making sure the managers they had were trained properly.

By having everyone do daily task, but different ones every day that way everybody's learning the quality of every station in Panera Bread not just one person stuck in one place we have a deployment chart, but they don't go by it, They pick and choose I feel other people should be learning

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A shift in staff culture and people.

The general manager needs to stop being so disrespectful and also needs to fire people. There's this one person at my job that has gotten into a fight with every single person. She has also called customers racial swearers, and she is becoming now a team lead.

Being more accepting of the way people feel, not talking about employees behind their back and to their face, the drama between night crew and morning crew, overall the general manager

New managers to give the interview, privacy during the interview, and new interview questions. Most of the questions I was asked were ridiculous to ask. No one knows where they will see themselves in 5 years.
