At west town panera bread in Altamonte Springs we had a great team who worked hard everyday. Everyone was so different from one another but we all worked very well together.

I love just about all my team members. They are all hard workers and we all get along which lessens the stress level.

Most of the employees are a joy to work with, if it wasn't for them, the work place would truly be unbearable.

Most are great workers and are reliable..then there are the favorites that get what they want.

Were all on this burning ship together and know how and when to help eachother. We console eachother emotionally and ensure that if someone needs to drop a shift for any major reason they dont feel bad. We are a family in the way youd be with people you work 5-9 hours of your day with.

By having everyone do daily task, but different ones every day that way everybody's learning the quality of every station in Panera Bread not just one person stuck in one place we have a deployment chart, but they don't go by it, They pick and choose I feel other people should be learning

Stop leaving everything to one person and just help eachother out. Teamwork vs alone work would be better for us but nobody does anything to help anybody but themselves. Some of our workers like to find things to do away from front of house leaving whoevers there running like a headless chicken.

My coeworks need to stop draging others down for their mistakes and blaming others for their mess ups. I could work together better by not talking and just doing my job.

Some of them, even team leads just disregard what I am asking them to do. I feel like people should try and do what other people need to be done.
