What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing. I genuinely just liked being around the baking and learning how to make the food and drinks.

The co-workers for the most part

The daily customers and most of my co-workers (the exception being upper management, GM and above.) The culture and values of Panera was lost when JAB acquired them. There is no Panera warmth anymore.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A shift in staff culture and people.

The general manager needs to stop being so disrespectful and also needs to fire people. There's this one person at my job that has gotten into a fight with every single person. She has also called customers racial swearers, and she is becoming now a team lead.

Being more accepting of the way people feel, not talking about employees behind their back and to their face, the drama between night crew and morning crew, overall the general manager

The pay needs to be raised, benefits need to be added, standards of food need to be raised, General Managers need to be more thoroughly considered before being given that position, equipment needs to be upgraded/replaced, training needs to be improved, and conflict resolution needs to be improved.

Care about who you hire instead of just bodies I as a older person of 63 had comments made by mangers about my age that were derogatory and VERY race oriented against me!
