As much as i am aware this is a stressful job, i would love to be treated as a human being and see my fellow coworkers treated the same by those ranked above us. Not as emotionless soup, salad, bread and salad machines.
Value their employees in the field. Acknowlege the years of loyalty and anniversary's do mean something to retail people who are helping customers enjoy their experience and creating the oasis for guest.

Creating more rules and regulations while demanding faster times for an inflated manual and expanded delivery systems is unrealistic and poor for morale. Shut up and let your people do what they do every day.
