What do you like best about the leadership team?

Liked everyone except the people they flew to fix tge store

Managers are supportive understanding and friendly

They manage at least even though it's stressful unrewarding job

We all have our area of responsibility but still manage to help each other put when help is needed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and treating people equally

Not being rude to all the customers and stuff

Treating the emplyees with appreciation and respect. Allowing employees to feel comfortable communicating their feelings. Not getting high on power

Understanding cafe life and what realistic expectations are

The management team needs to get a backbone and tell corporate the procedures they've implemented (negative labor, frozen bread/ pastries and gutting half the menu) are not yielding the results they want.

How to properly manage their employees. How to talk to their employees. Lead by example. Treat all employees equal.

Empower your field associates to run the business.

As much as i am aware this is a stressful job, i would love to be treated as a human being and see my fellow coworkers treated the same by those ranked above us. Not as emotionless soup, salad, bread and salad machines.

Value their employees in the field. Acknowlege the years of loyalty and anniversary's do mean something to retail people who are helping customers enjoy their experience and creating the oasis for guest.

Having compassion for other people

Communication would be a great start. Maybe follow up with promises to discuss inappropriate actions with another manager that occurred. Made me feel as if I was stupid, If they took the time to actually correctly train staff instead of having another co-worker during busy rush time that doesn't

Creating more rules and regulations while demanding faster times for an inflated manual and expanded delivery systems is unrealistic and poor for morale. Shut up and let your people do what they do every day.
