What did you like most about the interview process?

The quickness and accuracy .

Was pretty simple and quick

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

New managers to give the interview, privacy during the interview, and new interview questions. Most of the questions I was asked were ridiculous to ask. No one knows where they will see themselves in 5 years.

If you are going to hire someone, do not conduct interviews at 12am midnight, also they make you come in after tge initial interview to watch them bake for an hour. It was a waste of time since they hired me anyway. The way they interview is inconsistent from person to person as well.

If the maager showed uo for the meeting would be awsome but it's lore like o showed on even before the given ser time amd she called out and no other manager could have or conduct the meeting so i wated my gas drivong and leaving the place.

Dont hire just anyone who applies to the job

The interview process needs to contain more information of what is clearly expected in the job role. I asked questions as i have bakery experience and knew what to look for but for others who dont theyd need to know.
