The REDX is very family oriented, and they understand theat there needs to be a work / life balance.

Everyone is on the same team. The support team knows the sales team and the sales team knows the developers and vice versa. I walk down the halls and people say hello and they actually know my name!

It's super casual and really just like having a conversation with the manager to see if you are a good person, fun to be around, hard working, and responsible
