Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To actually tecieve an evaluatuon after working over 2 years i have never recieved one. Managers come and go and seem under qualified

I was an m.i.t for over 9 months and still got paid for crew wages (17.30. .30 is for attendance) when crew trainers got paid more.
