Review from Sales Dept
It's been a very positive experience which is challanging me professionally.

They are knowledgable about the industry.
Review from Sales Dept
Transparency in the company wide decisions.
Review from Sales Dept
Their access and availability to discuss important matters
Review from Sales Dept
All Hands to share about the company direction
Review from Sales Dept
I welcome the transparency and clarity of our mission
Review from Sales Dept
Literally everything. While Armon and DMJ may have clear goals, those goals are diluted by extremely weak middle management where each manager has their own ambitions and goals that do not align with the greater vision.
Review from Sales Dept
The salws culture above the rvps is changing and not for the better. There is a ton of process and very little personal connection.
Review from Sales Dept
Too many of the leadership have poor interpersonal skills and that has come across strongly during COVID as they make awkward video messages where they are unable to connect the business objectives to people's lives. Training can't make them more empathic - we need changes.
Review from Sales Dept
Improve processes and internal engagement
Review from Sales Dept
Invest in people, have meaningful career conversations, the professional relationship goes beyond reviews
Review from Sales Dept
The pay and benefits together.
Review from Sales Dept
It is simple to understand
Review from Sales Dept
Pay is great and benefits are great too
Review from Sales Dept
Overall package is OK, now benefits ca be improved ie. Sports membership are refunded in similar companies ex. Datadog.
Review from Sales Dept
I feel that HashiCorp provides competitive pay
Review from Sales Dept
Compensation rates change and account lists change too frequently to get momentum built for the size deals we are expected to close
Review from Sales Dept
Absolutely - Got promoted twice with zero compensation. Also some of my co workers earn way more than me with less results
Review from Sales Dept
Beacuse new experinced staff comes in on a higher band level & salary, and experinced staff is asked to jump through hoops to even be conidered for band and salary advancements. Remove the hoops!
Review from Sales Dept
Salary is not really competitive at all. Benefits including vacation days are not great. Wellness program used to be good, now is more webex webinars instead of real health days.
Review from Sales Dept
It's a matter of perceived versus actual ramp time in my position.
Review from Sales Dept
We are very disjointed and there is no team feeling.
Review from Sales Dept
Super helpful and highly energetic team
Review from Sales Dept
Their willingness to help me onboard
Review from Sales Dept
my manager is bringing us together, we work as a team, with psychological safety
Review from Sales Dept
Independent thinkers, who know their business and are making an impact
Review from Sales Dept
They are fine, I'm just a lot older than most
Review from Sales Dept
Up-skill so that they know the domains we rely on to sell to customers. Too many have outdated skills/knowledge or have attained a level in the company (based on now legacy skills) where their skills/knowledge/competence do not match the requirements of the band they are supposed to operate at.
Review from Sales Dept
They are cordial and polite. Would be nice if we could get along beyond the confines of work to build lifelong relationships - but that would require more respect and sensitivity for others. Not everyone will do that.
Review from Sales Dept
Focus on client
Review from Sales Dept
Teams don't really exist any longer as we're too geographically dispersed to effectively help each other.
Review from Sales Dept
It is supposed to support women, but I see little of that in the DACH region.
Review from Sales Dept
Culture is quite good in terms of helpfulness and being kind to each other.
Review from Sales Dept
We are all working towards the same goals
Review from Sales Dept
Madrid Hub has events going on every other week.
Review from Sales Dept
The guiding principles are those that embody them in their day to day
Review from Sales Dept
Pay. People. What. They're. Worth. Acting like the company has no money is not good for the longevity of HashiCorp. There is going to be extremely high attrition rates and that's not going to bode well for us in the long run.
Review from Sales Dept
Innovation not only on products but also on work environment and go to market
Review from Sales Dept
To follow the rules for pandemic and wear masks all the time as a starter.
Review from Sales Dept
as a solution sales professional the internal procedures sometime become a barrier to success
Review from Sales Dept
Fire everybody that has been with the company over 20 years. That will shake out the entitlement culture and help people focus on actually delivering something.
Review from Sales Dept
Unlike many other companies there are usually only 3 or 4 interviews needed to get an offer.
Review from Sales Dept
It took a while for the whole appointment to take place

Review from Sales Dept
there needs to be less account changes. processes are slow. they're not automated. finding information can be confusing. a lot of the work is hunting down the right person to ask
Review from Sales Dept
See previous responses. Hashi over hired and everyone is jockeying for power. This leads to teams having competing goals which make my goals more difficult to obtain. Also, STOP GIVING ALL OF THE FEATURES AWAY IN OSS. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO SELL ENTERPRISE.
Review from Sales Dept
I like a better manager
Review from Sales Dept
Someone needs to review the crazy processes that have started running the company. There's too much process overstretch and too many areas where process have become unnecessarily complex or automated badly, leaving no human arbitrator. More simplification, delegation, and autonomy is needed.
Review from Sales Dept
Provide younger employees better investment and stock option plan. More benefits that are paid for like gym membership etc
