Just finding out when i left. that i was the only one get $13 an hour while wveryome was getting boosted up to $14 or even $13.25. nothing was fair at all

I'm forgot about outside and I do not get paid enough to be in the heat and take orders all afternoon. Then there are times where I can not get a break after being out there and feeling overheated. The managers just look at me crazy when I come in upset.

They have manners unlike management

They work really hard. They love each other. They support one another. Even when the leads are being unkind the team rallies around the person who was picked on and reminds them of their worth. They work well together. They don't give up. They find happy. They genuinely want to do their best.

Leadership is not willing to change. They look for the negative. And always find it. They don't listen to the team. They make excuses for when they do things wrong or they yell at people. They don't approach the situation with a question. But with a you did this wrong. They need to learn to listen.
