It has been absolutely terrible and it breaks my heart to say that. It has almost made me worse in regards to my customer service skills which is something I have always prided myself in.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management, scheduling, scheduling by a certain time, treating the team with respect, not ignoring employees, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part everyone works very hard but nothing ever seems to be good enough for management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling (We sometimes don't receive our schedule for the week until midnight the night before) , working as a team, not putting your employees down and choosing obvious favorites,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is not really anything positive about it. Our turnover rate is super high so we constantly understaffed and working twice as hard every day and in top of that when we do have the staff to go outside for face to face we never get switched out. There is so much more..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I currently work full time and receive no benefits after asking multiple times and getting no response. I have been there once a year and have yet to receive a second uniform. I got married almost a year ago and my name nor my tax filing status has been updated after asking multiple times. Etc.
