Chick-fil-A as a whole is very conservative, and everyone is held accountable. They are attempting to break the mold of the traditional office space to make it more inviting. Encouraging the casual conversations to catch up and learn from one another about what is going on in other areas across the company. Growth is at the forefront for both personnel and the company itself.

  • Cruel

  • The company culture here is pretty nice! Your coworkers are usually people you can get along easily and work together with. There are a lot of hard-working people employed here and you will find that to be a very comforting thing. The hiring process Is rigorous so most of the people who do work there are the best of the best. You can form friendships easily and you can thrive in this culture. We encourage uniqueness and whatever you can bring to the table!

  • Working with Chick-fil-A is challenging. You are always coming across a new challenge and you have to face it head-on. The challenges can be anywhere from customer dissatisfaction or coworker problems. Show yourself to be persistent and push through and CFA becomes a better experience for you. Working with CFA allows you to earn skills like patience, diligence, kindness, and reading people (customer and coworkers alike). If you like a fast-paced environment, then CFA is the place for you. If you love to work, again, CFA is the perfect place for you! It can be stressful at times, but going through those moments build up your character and reputation. If you keep a calm mind and work your hardest, you will not regret working here!!

  • I loved my job. When I wanted to moved to another position it was ok. I have had a lot of support.

  • It depends on which CFA restaurant you work at. At my CFA, we wear button-up short sleeve shirts and long black "dress" pants. At other CFAs, they were t-shirts and shorts (those compromisers haha).

  • I clean uniform. Team members and management wear different shirts. This gives the customer an idea of who they are talking to

Asked to all employees at Chick-fil-A

  • I personally was hired on the spot due to a referral by a manager inside of CFA. But I am starting to interview potential employees and as I read the questions, I realize that the interview process is not only focused on what you can bring to the company but also on who you are as an individual. So be open and honest when they ask about you and your life!

  • Very laid back. It’s a bit hard to interview a high school kid that this is his/her first job. I think the usual policy is that if the interview has a positive attitude towards the person being interviewed, they are usually hired.
