What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is great overall, but I had to pick one thing I would pick how they make everyone feel. They make everyone feel happy and loved, they make me want to wake up in the morning and go to work. They are overall the best leadership team I could ask for.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to simply get better at leadership. At the front counter, there no type of infrastructure and leadership. The team leads have little to no experience and they are disrespectful (slander) towards other coworkers while the customers are ordering their foods.

Definitely some of the team members who just recently got promoted to managers are some of the most positive people I have met
