Chick-fil-A Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

at a different store that I worked the morale an culture is amazing with team work. The crestwood, Il store is unprofessional with management and allowing harrassment

Our team is very suffecient

The way we're invited to interact as people and not just employees.

I have met some team members who try their hardest to comply but management is impossible

customer satisfied experience for about how everything becoming scholarship colleges achievements

Everyone trys to make everything seem like everything is fun, yet no one really puts forth the effort to be extra productive and well structured.

The fact that I get to see my some of my friends. However, we do not get to really talk to each other or else we get in trouble, and if we can get in trouble if we talk to a guest for more just a few seconds.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Coworkers are nice. Good environment. Honestly our 2 managers who don't respond is what makes it not worth it.

They enjoy working with each other

Review from Customer Support Dept

They encourage us to do better

I really do like how I feel like I know the majority of my co-workers pretty well. Besides the leadership issues, the team members are really well rounded and delightful.

To be honest this place doesnt even act like chickfila

We like working with music

Everyone knows what to do so leading is easy.

Everyone has manners and is polite to each other

We all take care of each other.

We live by our core values, that we are purpose driven, we are here to serve, we are better together, and we pursue what's next.

Christian culture and belief system

We work hard and execute quick quality guest focused service

Everyone in general, we make work what we want to make it so that we can enjoy our time and it helps make our day go by faster.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A set IM with an assessable HR representative.

The management listens to their employees.

The whole store just needs a reset

Hire new and leadership roles

Managers need to learn how to talk proplery and respect there workers. They need to know they cannot exeeed a boundary.

Actually supporting the values of chickfila all of the time and not just pretending to do so.

The people thinking they can run all my shift and then had it off to me

I need mare pay and less hours

Review from Product Dept

Refer to previous complaints re: Managers

Fair pay, fair treatment, better mangement

Overall a better culture of caring. Leaders taking care of the team and encouraging them. Not micro managing and looking for reasons to complain about people.

EVERYTHING is horrible from customer service to the managment to the food

New leadership team, an investigation that protects workers and ensures an open and honest environment, and an evaluation on workplace efficiency to make the job fun and enjoyable.

The administration, find people who cares about the chick fil-a culture, who cares about the community and who cares about their employees

Accept all cultures not just the culture of the area

More strict on behaviorial writeups. Hiring the right people, meaning more face to face interviews. Enforcing the same rules to management. Limiting leadership like they do regular workers in regards to their phone, I doubt a manager needs to be using TikTok and Snapchat to communicate with someone.

Better management better treatment of employees managers can treat us poorly but but if we have a problem with management we get fired

Review from Customer Success Dept

Replacement of the restaurant operator.

Knowing when upper management has failed and accepting it and provide feedback how to better themselves and contiue to lead us to a bright future or remove the bullies

To better understand how to work with the customers and people who actually want to make our chick fil a the best one
