Chick-fil-A Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The managers? I love them! Very kind, attentive, and hardworking people. The operator? Not so much.

Their determination to get orders out

They need new team leaders

Review from Marketing Dept

I have worked at 3 different locations. Each of them had their own mentorship programs where employees were given the chance to grow and advance. Leaders at Chick-fil-A try to help people grow.

Good people, fun to be around

That there nice and friendly and know what there doing

Dining Room Running Server and Expo

They are very responsive and eager to help

I like some of the managers, i belive some actually care

There are one or two of the leadership that makes us feel like they care but overall, they make us feel like we are never good enough.

Review from Customer Success Dept

They still have a lot of work to do.

They make work enjoyable and fun

work as a team, good teamwork

There kind and very respectful.

Leadership cares deeply about the individual. Team members are valued, appreciated, and heard; our voice matters.

The team bonding the connection you make with the journey of growing with Chick-fil-a

That they are always supportive

They are supportive, both at work and in mh personal life as a college student. Theyre confident and competent

The leadership team is top-notch who really care about their team and efficiently running the store.

Overall they work well together and lead the store bety well !

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Promote growth from within, cross departmental training

Listening and caring for employees

In boh, they have to be more consistent with the rest of the team

I personally feel like they need to lead better as well as keep in touch with staff

Review from Product Dept

Practice what they preach. And do there jobs correctly and with an equal hand.

Que sean eticos y sean gente preparada para el manejo de personal, desafortunadamente no todos lis lideres estan bien preparados.

They need to be better at not being disrespectful to their team members.

Keeping things that happen outside of work outside of work they always bring personal things to rhe job

Review from Customer Support Dept

More equality. They have no equality and are very unfair

Scheduling and putting people in positions correctly that they have already been trained on and they are good at

Development of employment, clear communication and care for the team and individual employees, setting expectations

communication between each other as well as with other team members, including letting them speak their mind when they have concerns such as regarding policy or treatment of team members

LISTEN TO YOU'RE EMPLOYEES!! When i went to matt are director he basically didnt believe a word i said. He continued to let jennifer be a bully. Leadership is a joke you either get constantly yelled at on morning shift or on night shift you get mangers who sit on their phone.

Letting kids run a shift who all they care about is drama and is rude to everyone

Chirsty chicken sandwich with pickles

Understanding personal injuries and mental disabilitys + racial profiling

Soon as hire some one explain there roles right there and train the on videos right there. Every one goes to every one thats not a leader and tells them about catering and the manager on shift dont here and its the manager fault for a call in catering.

Practice what they preach! Many of my coworkers are minors and they take advantage of them with little concern or recourse.

Communication and all being on the same page about an issue

Treating employees fairly, fair pay, realizing employees arent machines and are actual people
