The manager who took my first interview, was very kind, and a great listener.
Easy going nice people thats it

Ask the right questions. We hire anyone and that is not right when our image is a people company, but you can't train people to have a good attitude. Not everyone is cut out for a fast paced environment.
The person who interviewed me rqn out at the last half. I had to fill out the employment paper work alone. He never came back. Once i was done i had informed a cashier. She was not surprised he left. I had many questions. But unfortunately i assumed chik fil a was honorable. Thats my mistake.
Corporate is okay, owner is the worst.
