What are some of the best things about your team?

I love working with most of my coworkers, however a lot of my coworkers friends that I have gotten close to are leaving do to the environment that leadership makes. We also have not had a single CFA store meeting in over two years.

The only good side of working there is the coworkers. Because we're all feeling the same way about the job so it creates some type of bonding which makes it hard to just up and leave CFA.
