Lots of companies work hard to keep Health benefits down, and so does ours, but they add so many more little benefits through Bene place and the like. I also like the way the responsible time off works, it feels like there is a mutual respect between us. That feels good.

I don't believe corporate cares for the hard working employees. it shows in the poor pay. I see the higher ups bonuses. makes me sick.

I had no lumber experience, and they took a chance on me. Now I've gone from a trucker helper, to the trim department.
