There isn't any leadership development program. Ideally, a good LDP teaches new leaders (whether internal promotions or external hires) basic leadership skills, but also gets them onboard with the company culture. The lack of LDP means our leaders aren't effective or aligned with the culture.

I entered the company as a CSM, but they suddenly changed the role to Renewal CSM, which added a lot of tasks that is not inside the scope of a CSM, without any changes on the salary. I will be glad if there is a change in our salary to compensate the additional tasks that we did not chose.
