My overall experience has been very positive. I enjoy the work I do and feel well supported by my manager and teammates. The collaborative culture makes it easier to onboard/grow and stay motivated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very easy to get in touch with them if I have questions or help - needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is better than my previous org though I did lose some allowances netting it out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to learn something new everyday. Also, I have noticed how empowered employees are across all levels
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to see my team improve, and of course working with our leadership team. Never a dull day at work!

They are very collaborative. For the tenured ones, they are making sure I get the support I need as I onboard
