What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the excellent dental package. I have terrible teeth and the dental package here is better than any company I have ever worked for!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that my job challenges me everyday. I truly am excited to go to work everyday. I get the opportunity to create change in the company and thrive on finding solutions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work as a team. Anytime I need help I feel like I can lean on them -- and when I do, everyone steps up to help get the job done. They truly are my extended family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is transparent and keeps me in the loop of what our company and team goals are. I feel like they have a stake in what I do and genuinely care about my well being and career growth.
