Quarterly bonus structure is nice. The benefits package overall is designed to take care of employees and our families.

It is a comprehensive comp package at RingCentral, including some innovative things like the Carrot Fertility program. I have to say the quarter bonus plan is probably my favorite. Keeps you focused projects that will provide impact.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HQ has a really nice cafe on site. It's a great place to meet up with people, have casual conversations and did I mention the food is free?
