I see that our leadership and other key teams invest in programs and resources that would improve RC's culture, environment, and salary structures.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am doing multiple functions due to business needs and the resignation of my colleagues. My pay seems slightly below what it should be.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Good candidate experience all throughout! My recruiter (who happens to be my mentor) and the hiring managers were comfortable to talk to. It was a smooth process for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can be myself and I am encouraged to be better. We also have a number of employee programs ranging from engagement to learning to wellness to mental health

The leadership team is committed and invested in taking care of its employees, customers, and partners. It is inspiring to work with a company where we feel we (employees) matter and where a collaborative working environment is nurtured
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me, we are paid fairly within our industry. I like our performance bonus scheme (MBO) which is based on individual and company performance. 2 of our dependents are covered too in our HMO package in Manila. Salary appraisals are done yearly.
