I feel that the promotion was slow. Maybe if I would be transferred to another team i will be better recognized and my compensation will be better

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its getting better and better. The stakes get raised but so does the talent and people. The people are the most positive part of the culture here. Working with really well intentioned and smart people who get work done is making a huge difference. Leadership trickles down - Fantastic leaders here.
