bonuses tied to the work we do and not the overall business performance which we can not effect. also, Executive teams should not be bonuses based on stock performance. it encourages them to cater to the street and not the people.

The panels are not set up with the best panels. each interviewee does not meet the same panel. The hardest part is getting an interview. The recruitment process is very hard for those outside the company and even within. Job many times already have a person in mind and not fairly evaluating othe
