Review from HR Dept

Everyone can count on eachother. But we arent able to help eachother when needed because of our manager

We do our jobs and no micro management they let us do our jobs

Inclusive and incredibly diverse. Respectful, grateful and good vibes!

Review from Design Dept

Co workers. Corporate needs to wake up. Worst corporate team ive ever worked for. Everyone is complaining. CEO come to the plants and speak with us .

nothing positive about it. But only free drinks.

The atmosphere is like a calm party. A sense of fun and excitement, but we still work hard and get our work done.

The leads are always so helpful and help us all keep a happy attitude on while working even if the line is rough

Review from Operations Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Time difference makes it bery hard to sleep at night.

Paying employees ontime, respecting each other, good managment, good planning

Clear goals that are supported by senior management.

Pay first and foremost. Get back to company vehicles or raise the compensation for gas. Stock options.

better working conditions and kinder managers

Show that work, loyalty, and accomplishment is valued. Not eliminating teams after important projects are completed.

Hire new supervisors and better managers

The work environment has become strained because of the diversity and "be less white" controversy...such has not received a good response in some parts of our culture -- I receive snarky and distasteful comments, I wonder if someone will be waiting at my vehicle to spit on me or damage my vehicle...

KO has ideas, but no way of implementing them. Diversity is a joke here, even though there's a lot of talk about it. Teams often compete for projects and resources.

Senior Leadership and overall training in every department

Review from Finance Dept

A management team with a clear vision for the business.

Review from Marketing Dept

Review from Sales Dept

They need better leadership and more structure

Review from Customer Support Dept

Need to route better so we aren't constantly working 12+ hours and need to have more help in the case of a breakdown or being behind because of issues at an account

Review from Operations Dept

Fire everyone in management and get people that actually know what they are doing to do the job
