Knowing the work load and how it is to work from the bottom to be able to tell the bottom workers how to do their job in a minimal time. If you haven't done it then you dont know how it is and you stress the workers out.
Management needs to know how to support staff, rather than berate/harass them. We’ve lost MANY amazing workers due to the behaviour of management. Management blames workers quitting on the Pandemic; saying no one wants to work. Completely false! CEO needs to investigate time theft, health & safet

We are in difficult times and there are things management can't control but the issue is they do nothing about what they can. Profits are all that matters.
Understanding individual problems and helping them fix it so they don't face the same problem each day. Managers also need to be more understanding and not see things in black and white. Not very culturally oriented. I mostly see white people work there.
