The Coca-Cola Company Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

We stretch together an have daily huddles before working

The guys i wor close with and my immediate shift supervisor are some of the best guys ive had the opportunity to work with, the other shifts and the general manager not so much

The team is diverse and knowledgable

We try to help with what we can

We did a great job getting all the product out in a timely matter

There are some very talented and motivated people, while respecting others.

Local and hard working team

High speed and tolerance too

Review from Finance Dept

information sharing and innovation. team work

Review from HR Dept

I mainly work independently, however my co-workers are very nice, but management brings out the worst. This has become a very hostile environment on many occasions & completely avoidable/unnecessary. These are hard workers doing an honest days work but extremely under appreciated. Please send help.

Review from Operations Dept

Helpful, agile, curious and the best of the best.

Review from Design Dept

We work together as team and we cooperate with each other to make things work put fine

Review from HR Dept

Collaborative, supportive, inspiring, transparent, truthful and honest

Co workers are Great people. Corporate needs to listen to us DIRECTLY. Drivers are all looking for other jobs

communication is great and support is always available

Our team is great at communicating with each other

The team all agrees our manager is not a good manager and needs to yake time off for his personal reasons that we believe are affecting his job.

High team spirit and tolerance

Participation, wisdom, understanding and honesty are the most amazing thing about my team

Review from Engineering Dept

They are nice and fun to hang out with.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Support each other. Trust in each other. And if you ever want true successes on your resume, prepare to do something, anything even if its not your job

The problem isnt coworkers, but it is ckear there is a fear-based culture driving knowledge hoarding here. If the company wants to survive the decade with the best marketeers in the world, they need to change their approach in management and leadership immediately

By having interactive sessions and providing healthy competition and praises.

Warwhouse workers need to figure out how to pick the correct items. Warehouse manager needs to learn how to order products so we are not consistently out of stock.

By introducing themselves to me and getting to know me instead of keeping to themselves. None of them are there to help unless you ask them for help.

If I had got a job at Pepsi if you like better

Review from Operations Dept

they need to improve attitude and the laziness

Review from Operations Dept

More commitment to the company pillars

Review from Product Dept

Do there job and quite being lazy.

Review from Sales Dept

have managers train them stop making me do your job I have to do the sales teams job make the orders out so there right they need to work in a store before they order it so I have to teach them toooo do I see anything for all the extra work NO just another way to use people

Review from Sales Dept

Help out each other more

Review from Sales Dept

They need to care about the work they produce and not reject opportunities to optimize workflows.

Review from Finance Dept

Need accountability and team building events to keep morale positive

Review from Sales Dept

Everybody be held accountable for their mistakes instead of one person being blamed for things that were not even their fault

Review from Sales Dept

If we could actually retain workers it would be an improvement. Unforuntantly we are just replacable.

Review from Sales Dept

Many workers currently do 50% of their job placing heavier work loads on other individuals. There is no accountability.

Review from Sales Dept

No one helps each other. It is not a team mentality, people look out for their own needs.

Review from Sales Dept

Respect compassion and get better equipment

Review from Sales Dept

Stop having attitudes leaving attitude that though and just be cordial but that don't work so I'm already to myself I don't need teamwork if you don't want to be a team

Be more of teammates need trying slow down others or make job harder on others
