What did you like most about the interview process?

Got a chance to answer properly

The interview was online and casual

I enjoy Face to face interaction

So easy. In fact it was too easy

All the questions that I was asked and had to study for.

I felt like I was talking to one of my peers.

The process seems to be broken. I put in an application and did not hear back for over 90 days. This is very common and potential associates lose interest or are hired by another company. From application to hire it was over six months. Review the current process to shorten the time.
