What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually support the growth of your employees in a tangible way. Too much talk and no walk. Some employees are like the forgotten stepchildren being held hostage in a basement. This has been going on for years and it has never changed. Unfortunately, it impacts the most vulnerable employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have seen the offer letters of my peers and they have always been compensated well above my own. Even though I receive constant awards/praise from my clients, my employer hardly reflects that into compensation. There is zero support for career development and experience is mismatched with level.

Believing in teamwork. Working in teams increases collaboration and allows brainstorming. As a result, more ideas are developed and productivity improves. Two or more people are always better than one for solving problems, finishing off difficult tasks and increasing creativity

They don't behave like a team because they are in a different location. Management does not encourage them to behave differently. In fact, management exacerbates the problem.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The environment lack innovation or thought, and when addressed with a difficult problem as a team digresses into finger pointing. Analysts also handle the majority of client relationships, and management is viewed negatively by clients.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think it is a larger company issue. The structure makes it difficult to raise concerns. I would say make it feel like you are invested in your employees. I actually love the content of what I work on and my clients - ACN has found a way to be the sole motivation deterrent in my career.
