Base salary is competitive. But got 0.0% increase, not even enough to cover COLA. Effectively, this is a base pay reduction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is great, as is ESPP offering. But as a new joiner, not happy about having to wait a year & 3 months for a 401k company match.
