Great place to work. Experienced hire.

Base salary is competitive. But got 0.0% increase, not even enough to cover COLA. Effectively, this is a base pay reduction.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need to be as per market standards and not as per only company allotted budget

Compensation is great, as is ESPP offering. But as a new joiner, not happy about having to wait a year & 3 months for a 401k company match.
