Until now it's a very positive experience. It's the first time that I work for such a big company and I was afraid of becoming just a number lost in many other but it's not like this. I'm part of the team with my personality and I can be myself. Great filling.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about people first and always try to help. Suceeses are recognized and difficulties are analysed to try to find solutions. The team is ready to help and fun moments are organised for team building, even if they are in another country and under lockdown. I really appreciate all the efforts.
